The JD Easy audio interview last year has been the most popular thing I've offered on my website. I've been meaning to put more of them up there but time just gets away.

I was listening to one of our brand new FE agents tell me of the success he is having right out of the gate and said "Hey! Let's record this so other new agents can learn from it."

Hey deadhead, I'm gonna say that you have to be contracted with Newby to receive a password for access to the protected pages.

How do I get the password to really enjoy the site?

Yes. You have to be contracted and selling with us. The blocked pages have the info to research which companies will accept certain health conditions. Info about competing against some of the mail order insurance that seniors often own. And limited (for now) info about handling some objections. We also have cheat sheets for some of the FE companies there that just make your day in the field easier.

I have partnered up with Brad Aden at 360Financial and fexcontracting is now a joint venture with the two of us. We have some exciting things coming down the pike for our contracted agents. Some of which are more agent training on the website AND a direct mail lead program with fixed price per lead but NO reduction to your commission. Most agencies that offer this will reduce your commissions to 80 or 90%. Ours will stay at 110% or higher with a reasonable fixed price for new fresh and exclusive to you direct mail leads. The lead program is in beta testing right now with just a few selected agents.

The agents that fit well with us are the guys who have been out there a little while and having success. They just have lower contracts or are limited to selling one brand of FE. Those guys come to our program and rock. We teach you a little you need to know about the strengths of each company. Teach you several good reliable lead sources. And get out of your way.
