Hello I have been a producer for 1 year at a captive agency. I really enjoy the insurance field coming from a bookkeeping and banking background. I don't know if I will stay captive for the future, or if I will go independent, but I want to be an agent one day. I have my P/C and life and health and I am taking my series 6 next month. My goal is to have 3 years of experience with a proven sales record before I commit to staying captive or going independent.

Sadly I did, although after the third quarter I went grocery shopping. It was that bad.
It's the worse when you go out to watch the game, makes you feel like you wasted money on non-celebratory drinks...anyways welcome to the forums. What verticals of insurance do you do?
