New Med Supp Company

"What ever happened to YODA?"
================================================

Ive been pretty busy. That and I'm kind of burnt out on all the "hucksters" fouling up this forum with their constant advertisements and get rich quick scams. At first it was funny but it gets old real quick. If I commented on this forum every time one of these internet pan handlers was talking B.S. I would be here all day. Back to the subject at hand yeah Im going to take a look at Sentinel. The only reason to look at Sentinel for me would be because I dont want to risk converting MOO plans to Gerber and Family Life and risk loosing my renewals and UCT rates have gone through the roof so I need another competitve company. The "B" rating they have and the 25 dollar application fee are not cool either!:1mad:

Could not have said it better myself!!! :1cool:

Frank,
Thanks for all your posts here on this forum..

They are very informational and positive.

I would love any info you could forward me for OR and WA.

Thanks

AmeriLife Marketing Group just sent me an email on Sentinel Life's med-supp...signing up and writing for them.

I live nowhere near the states their licensed in. I'll pass on the offer.

Frank,
What is the monthly rate for a plan F, T65, non smoker, male in zip 95926?
Any other app fee's etc?

For a Male in that zip code the rate it $124.51 for Plan F and $107.27 for a Plan D.

For Zip 95921 for a Female, T65 non tobacco, a Plan F is $108.27 and a Plan D is $93.23. I gave you D also because that is my personal favorite. I don't sell Plan F.

I apologize but right now I don't know if they charge a Policy Fee and if they do how much it is.

This is the most ignorant statement I have read in a while.

A male T65 in that zip code (95926) would be $117.17 with Family Life and if husband and wife are applying together he would receive a 7% discount bringing the premium to $108.96. Plan D would be $103.75 and $96.49 if applying with spouse.

Doesn't look like this new carrier is the cheapest on the block in all places.

And yes, Family Life has a $25 policy fee.

You are right, they are not the greatest most competitive company to hit the market. However, they may have a place. At a quick glance their underwriting may be a little more liberal than some of the other companies.

In a situation like that they may not be the most competitive but they may still be a better investment of the prospects premium dollar than the company they are currently with. It looks like the commissions are very good so an agent may not want to totally discount them as an option.
