I really appreciate those who have welcomed me. Thanks to all.
I am always glad to share any of my P&C experience.
I am currently trying to help several non-P&C agencies, as they try to explore expansion of their revenue sources, by creating a P&C division. I enjoy helping them.
I am in Florida but know the marketplace in several other States, particularly in the Northeast and Southeast, so feel free to ask me. If I do not know how to address your specifics, I may be able to refer to one of my industry friends. We all just want to help.
I have a Son in the business now which has made me very aware of the importance of making sure that we entice talent to our industry and continually help them, by sharing our experiences. It is time to give something back.

Wow! Phil, that's an exemplary attitude. I sure wish I was in P&C rather than L&H so I would read more of what you will post. It's wonderful to have a mentoring professional among us. Thank-you.
