NYC is gonna be real tough for PL. almost no direct appointments.

youre gonna need a business plan, a book to roll over, and some connections....

for nyc anyways. commercial is a little easier but for pl i go strictly thru mga.

i always tell myself if i can get one good solid homeowner carrier ill make 50% more profit. my pl book isnt big enough to roll over for any homeowner players in nyc.

I work with my mother-in-law, our agency has been around since 2009 (I've only been doing this a year) We are located in Bergen County, NJ. We are directly appointed with Metlife, Progressive, and American Strategic. We almost got Farmers on board but they declined due to my MILs credit history (should be cleared up soon)
