New Missouri Agent

I'm curious. I just took the Missouri Health/Life/Accident Exam. I must say there were several questions that I've been unable to find in any study material.

What is your opinion of it ? (The exam) ?

Are the practice exams/ exam simulators really helpful or are they a "dumbing down" of the exam ?

I did very well on the simulators, but did not pass the state exam.

Any thoughts or ideas on how best to prepare ? It seems the wording on the state exam is ambiguous in parts/

Thoughts ?

The exam is more tricky than tough. Each question is designed so when you read it an answer immediately comes to mind. Most often the wrong answer. The best advice I can give you is read each question and then read it again. Then read it slowly, carefully reading each word. You will discover that the first answer that you thought was right is a wrong answer.

There is no prize for completing the test in record time unless you consider having the opportunity to take is again a "prize". Take your time and be very deliberate in picking the answer.

Good luck.

PS Where are you located and what will you be selling? I'm in Fulton.
