So I came across this thread. Detailing Aflac has a high turn over rate, and that I probably won't get to keep my policies since I won't be vested, which is fine since this comes with foresight. I've noticed there's another agent in my area as well. My educational materials were fronted at the cost of the test so I know I'll come out of this with some money in my pocket, and my license for Health & Life in toe, as well as some experience as an insurance agent.
So futurepacing here for a bit, do you have any pointers for a new agent, and when the day inevitably comes, the transition to a new position.
Thank you in advance.
