New York STC Available yet?

I've got clients who have group/retiree benefits, age into Medicare and have spouses who either get dropped or "stuck" on the employer/retiree plan. Many times they're healthy and they will T65 within a few months.
Are there any other options available yet in NY? I don't do exchange plans.

You may want to check out Panthera Health. It's not STM, but rather an indemnity plan. I was told it's available in NY.
