I pass it on 120 every day on my way down to the office in Modesto. Have to put my blinders on as I've donated a few paychecks there in the past.

I have several clients in the Modesto area. I bought a small life book there years ago.

It's good that you say in your post sunny California. I communicate with people across the country and the Winter has hammered the Midwest and the East coast. Were pretty fortunate to have the weather that we have. But, the valley floor might get a dusting of snow and that hasn't happen in a long time. BTW: will you be selling some life products or are you mainly going to sell p&c products?

I try to sell p&c most the time, but I will sell life products when the opportunity arises. Lately, I've been wanting to break into the health side. Why leave money on the table right?
