Country is a good place to start and provides good trng but very few stay after a few years. The good ones realize they can make a lot more money on their own while the rest don't make it. Realize too that they are life nazi's -- meaning, they could care less about your P&C business as long as you write life insurance each and every month. It gets really old how much emphasis they place on you writing life.
