Do you mix them personal AND commercial, or one newsletter is all commercial, or Personal? Or do you have (2) lists? Where do you get your content? I know that insurance is full of coverge types, but seriously, how much info do you add?

I personally write my own because I do feel like it's the best opportunity for my clients to connect with a real person...me!
