Since there's few biz's that qualify for subsidies, All carriers should pull out and directly compete with the shop exchange full of newbies, they'll be gone in 1-2 yrs.

Direct to business and through CalChoice Exchange. Advantage of CalChoice is that an employer can offer multi-tier options whereas SHOP single tier only option.

The writer of this L.A. Times "opinion" says that it's probably better for most employees if their employer decided not to offer health insurance. The premiums will be smaller for many workers if they buy off of the IFP Exchange, instead of paying their employer for their Group health insurance coverage.
