No Credit for Passive Re-enrollments?

YAgents...is this an accurate summary?

1. Agents who have not certified for 2015 will get paid 2nd year compensation on passive renewals, just like agents who have FFM certified for 2015.

2. Non-Certified FFM agents will not get paid for assisting with Active re-enrollments for 2015. Certified agents will.

This is the FAQ I was asking about - I was more concerned with the statement prior to the Part about current registration that says "Because passive re-enrollments assume that agents or brokers are not providing assistance to consumers to facilitate their re-enrollments, agents or brokers would not need to have a current registration to be listed on the 2015 re-enrollment transaction."

I guess I took that to mean that we wouldn't be paid . . . . I have a question out to my reps at BCBS and Coventry. I know already that Humana is doing all it can to "reach out" and take the accounts as house accounts, but here I'm not concerned with them since their on-exchange plans use such a narrow network - I haven't sold one of those and probably won't.

HC.gov is reaching out, and some of their reps are sticking with the in house assumption that they do all the work and we get paid. Just was told this by a more sympathetic rep last night. He mentioned that he knows we have done a ton of work before we call in for/with the client. Yay him.
Client reports that HC.gov rep was happy to cut agent out. Unfortunately, they didn't know how to help client report income, and denied subsidy.
I know I will lose some, have concentrated this season on Medicare up to now, will ramp up Medicare after 1st of year.
Some reps there are gold, others, less experienced.

It will get worse, I'm afraid. I, like you will be concentrating on Medicare. I've already told my individuals that I'll hang in & help them as much as I possibly can, but eventually may not be able to service them anymore. Especially since the enrollments will be at the same time - not sure how I'd be able to do it since I'm a one person agency. . . .
