No Wonder Dirigo Doesn't Work

I was just on the Dirigo Health Agency Website trying to find the phone number for a client.....I still can't find it by the way. But they list the staff of the agency which numbers 10 and includes 4 Directors and 6 workers...I guess I shouldn't be surprised its actually a lower ratio than I am used to seeing in a state run operation.

It's probably the same number for the national risk pool that's set to start in 2 days - can't find that number either.

The NRP deadline has been moved to August . . .

...of 2011? Don't see it happening in a month. The gov't will use a TPA for states that opt out - which currently is around 20. Can't see them slapping anything together that quickly.

Quite possible, but they need a carrier to issue the paper unless they are going to wing this. I don't see any carrier, including stop loss carriers, willing to belly up to the bar on this ride.

It is not available on the website....I had to call the # for the division of Harvard Pilgrim that runs Dirigo and get the number from them....Seems the Agency doesn't like phone calls....but then again it is only 10 of them and only 6 are worker bees.
