Hey everybody! I would like to know everyone's experience with getting a non formulary exception with SCAN. Are they pretty flexible in approving exceptions ? Are they rigid ? I called them and they said that the doctor needs to put in a request. They wouldn't really give me a definitive answer. That just seems like a lot of faith to put in on a probability. The agent is the one that ends up taking a bath on credibility if it goes sour. Any thoughts ? Thanks!
