Non-resident CE

Do my CE credits for NC keep me in good stead in those non-resident states? Is there a resource to find these answers in general or do I just have to call the DOI in those states?

I am also licensed in many states. As long as I meet the requirements for Missouri I'm good to go with other states.

That's the way I understood it to work. If they have a reciprocating relationship, it extends to CE, right?

... but this is the first year for a renewal of a non-resident license to come up for me, so I was not sure.

That's the way it worked for me. I am licensed in about 14 states, I think.
