What are the requirements and fees for one who is already licensed in another states to be able to do insurance ( Life & Health) business in CA?

The problem is that CA has met their quota for agents. They aren't licensing any more. Neither resident nor non-resident.

Sorry but you'll have to look elsewhere. How about Georgia?

We agents are the only ones left in the state. Any one else that can affort the U-Haul has left for Idaho, Texas or Oregon

Can't imagine why anyone would want to live in any of those states.

In the old days, if you could fog a mirror, and, had less than 4 felonies, you could get licensed. Much tougher now.
