JMO, unless you are going to write a lot of business with them, you are better off with North American through an IMO. Midland is like Ohio National, the more you write the better your comp. They want to be your primary carrier.

True for the life side. But Midland is the way to go on the Annuity side.

Also, Midlands IUL has a lower FYC, but it also has true asset based trails too, so on a real large case it could be worth it.
