North Carolina BC/BS

Bill3173 says they are not giving non-res licenses out until 2015.

I will not continue to give out free advice on the forum, unless it is accompanied by paid speaking tours like Robliano.

BCBSNC does not give non-res appointments. I will bite my tongue now, but trust me, there are plenty of good carrier group plans to sell.

Sell UHC and Aetna and be happy.

Thank you,

The management

I'm quoting against UHC right now. I'll look up Aetna and may try Assurant, but I was really hoping to bet BC/BS.

I found out the agent we have in NC has a life/health license as well as his P/C. I'm going to see if I can get him an appointment and just get quotes through him.

Does BC/BS do direct appointments in NC, or do I have to get him signed on w/a broker like FNBC in Virginia?

Any ideas on how to get an out of state appointment w/BC BS. I'm getting more health business down there and it would behoove me to get an appointment.

You will need to have the agent contact the regional sales office, to get further info.

You won't see many people come forward to discuss Blue Cross of North or South Carolina on a forum like this, if they value their appointments.

Update:
I talked to the regional sales office. They asked what city the agent was in. After I told them, they said BC/BS isn't appointing any new agents in the state right now.
Couldn't they have just said that w/out asking where the agent is?
Looks like its broker time again.
