Not Sure Which Company To Start Working For...

I'm thinking you might want to reword this somehow. We recruit agents and we "allow" them to recruit under them...if that is what they want. We are not an MLM.
If you had some brand new fresh off the turnip truck agent that wants to start recruiting random agents, you have no issue with that?

I mean it's fine if he wants to put his wife or his kid under him. That's not the same thing. But actively looking for recruits? When he has no way of training them or even commission levels that they could get just by calling you directly?

Newby speaking of recruiting what happened to Jose ? He was on here blasting how he could match any commission level and get agents $20 fixed cost dm leads .This was not with Rgi .This was about a yr ago and he disappeared. Is he still with fex? How did those $20 fixed cost leads work out for his agents ?

Yes he's still doing great. I knew he was overly optimistic on the $20 leads though. Some people have to learn that stuff on their own. He had great returns on his first mailings so he thought they would all be like that. He's around $29 now and only mails for his own agents.

But he's still killing it. Definitely one of the GOATs of the FE world.

Of course I would try to talk the agent out of it if they are brand new. I normally tell agents that are new they have no business taking on agents yet.

However, we have agents come to us that have been in the business, don't really have the personal production to go higher than street, but they want to start recruiting. I'll do what I can with their commissions, but they have to understand that we can only do so much and the rest (production) is on them if they want to move up.

I just wanted to clarify and expand on what you had said.
