I thought this was a great story. Lady writes to the Obama telling him how great this plan is and it turns out it is hype and pain.

That's just plain hilarious.

I mean, it's a sad story for her, and I hope she finds something. No one deserves to be screwed over like that.

But, outside looking in, it's hilarious that they would put her on a podium as a success story, and then have her become the textbook horror story.

Exactly what I was thinking, if she wrote him a letter telling how great this is chances are she voted for him twice so I don't feel to bad.

This article is does not give the full story. I too was feeling sorry for her until I read the rest of the story. She is 48 and has not had insurance for 15 years. Her son is 14. She currently makes "a little less than $50,000 per year and could not afford the health quotes she was receiving at $500 to 600 per month. No indication of the plan of benefits, but so what. She had the opportunity to purchase and and earns $50k.

I have no sympathy for her, sorry.
