Your fmo doesn't have to drive around every day on appts . Gas will be $4.50 - $6 a gallon next week . Inflation going wild yet ins agents overall have not seen their commission %'s rise .Demand a 5-10% contract bump .

Not a chance that will happen . . .

You arent forced to drive around and do d2d sales. Your FMO could care less and doesnt owe you a thing. Do you think they suddenly got a 5% pay raise??

If your current business model is no longer profitable, pivot and create a new one.

Just saying, when insurers raise rates, you get an increase in compensation, since it's a percentage of your premium.

On med sup you don't make increased renewals on the yearly rate increases . I've already approached my fmo for 140% on am am and rna .

Nor have your FMO seen their commission rise, nor production requirements taken away.
