Oil up another $11 a barrel tonight . Demand a 5-10% bump in your contract

On med sup you don't make increased renewals on the yearly rate increases . I've already approached my fmo for 140% on am am and rna .
You're asking for a tens of thousands of dollar pay increase, and a tens of thousands of dollar pay decrease from the agency.

maybe, instead you should reframe your mindset sell a few extra Medicare plans each week and continue to push forward regardless of what takes place. The health surveys alone are like $60 apiece in most states.

I already sell 30-40 mapd a month so i can phsically sell no more f2f. I'm already at 130-135% on all mainline fe contracts .My up lines do zip for me but hand out contracts . I need nothing and thats why i demand the highest contracts possible . I'll shop till i find what I'm looking for . Tell me a fmo in the world who wouldn't love making 10% risk free for doing zip. Hell I'll take that deal anytime of the week . We all try to find the maximum deals possible just like you as you've jumped around 3 or 4 times . I haven't jumped but will

With those levels of comp you should build an agency and give yourself a giant raise. Eventually there is only so much time in a day and you'll be maxed out on personal production.

Time to be your own fmo.

Your fmo doesn't have to drive around every day on appts . Gas will be $4.50 - $6 a gallon next week . Inflation going wild yet ins agents overall have not seen their commission %'s rise .Demand a 5-10% contract bump .
You get a 5%-10% bump.. What does the FMO get? Is the carrier going to give him a 5%-10% bump and if so what does the carrier get? Maybe, they raise premiums %%-10% to cover their increased cost of doing business? Oh, and the HO employees are having to cover the increased gass prices so maybe they get a 5%-10% bump?

It's very profitable but anytime you take a dime from me your splitting it with me . It's kind of like I look at all these mapd fmo's offering $30 an app marketing money . That's almost robbery . People in this business get screwed so bad . Several recruiting guys on this board have jumped ship many times to get better deals .
