Older Apartment Buildings CT / NY

Anyone know of any carrier not afraid of an older building?

Have some early 1900 buildings that have been completely renovated, but none of my standard carriers are interested...

Tried, Travelers, Hartford, Zurich... anyone with any other suggestions?

Foremost maybe? They insure a lot of property that other carriers won't touch.

Foremost doesn't generally write commercial buildings here in NY and CT
