another thing you may want to consider is creating your own quote form. you'll be surprised how easy it is to do and set up. that way, you can customize it the way you like it.
that's an excellent question! both ways have their pros and cons, but I think the answer depends on the agency and how it is set up. consider these:
- do all of the carriers you sell allow the customer to quote online?
- are all of the products that you sell available for the customer to quote online? (this one gets a lot of agents)
- can your agency consistently make contact within minutes of receiving a quote?
those questions carry a lot of weight in your decision.
