You can under certain situations like if your household income is between 100 to 150% of Federal Poverty level, or if you moved, or lost coverage in past 60 days. Otherwise, you can not change plans mid year. But, if u call the marketplace, they seem to find loopholes if you cry hard enough

Just to clarify.:
I do NOT qualify for any subsidy. I was covered through Oscar paying full price and enrolled through the website and it was just too expensive so I enrolled with Metro Plus effective 03.02.2023 and now Oscar is telling me I still owe them for my March premium?
