P&C Newbie in Los Angeles

I have been in the insurance business as an independent Life/Health agent since 2006. I have hundreds of clients, and many have asked if I could be their rep for their other insurances, such as auto, home, etc.

So I took and passed the P&C test, and I'm ready to write business.

Is there anybody out there who would like to help me get started?

What kind of help do you want. Specifics can go a long way.

I want to get quotes and sell policies. Of course there's a commission split of some sort.

How many policies do you feel you can bind per month? I would be interested in a 1099 personal lines producer but it isn't worth the early training and accounting headaches to get somebody up and going unless they are going to consistently produce 20+ policies a month.
