PA May Replace Agents with Retail Clerks

I have only been in PA for about 18 months, and have learned that there are alot of idiots in power...If this passes, I'm moving to Ohio border, to avoid PA taxes.

Ohio isn't any better. The IIC (*** in charge) has made it virtually impossible to sell medicare in ohio.
If health is your game in Ohio, your looking at two companies that used to be a monopoly and was broken up by a judge. They have the same plans, the same premiums etc. Low comp etc.

I would assume if these clerks do not hold an insurance license then they are not regulated by the DOI...The DOI might be neutral because they are looking at not having to regulate much of the health industry in thier state while still pulling in the fees they charge the carriers.
