My wife uses Repatha and it's covered under Part D. She self injects every 2 weeks.

Part B if injected at the doctor's office? Did I read that Levoqi is injected twice per year?

A suggestion.
Talk to your pharmacist about it. A doctor is taught about drugs for 6 months. A pharmacist - 6 years. Got this advice from a seasoned (i.e. = old) RN. Checked with my pharmacist - she was exactly right.
