Good gawd...I am typing in between phone calls here. You obviously knew what I meant though, didn't you? So you've never typed "your" when you meant to type, "you're" or "there" instead of "their?"

So, it looks like the maximum penalty for people with a Jan 1, 2015 start date would be

108 months x $33.13 (rounded to the nearest $0.10) = $35.80.

Which really sucks for my 96-year old client who had a discount plan that suddenly stopped working mid last year. We're trying for a waiver, but I don't think she's going to qualify. The penalty is more than the plan and all of her medications for next year combined.
