I second that, my best telemarketers are the ones that work from home. It just takes some work getting things set up but after that it's easy.

I got the process started but dropped the ball, the idea you gave me didn't work out because they weren't bilingual. I'm in South Florida and feel it important to have someone bilingual in English and Spanish.
I will look into hiring virtually though possibly someone local that will work from home.
