I would agree that if an agent has a 3 mill. book and i decided to sell i would compensate the agent fairly if the new management was not going to keep the agent on to sell. I actually had a producer that had been with us a while and he was burnt out of the business and i offered to pay him a multiple of his annual commissions, which i doubt there are to many agents out there that do that, the agent did not have a large book either.
