They check 1040's box #61 stating that they have Health Insurance and move along.

That will no longer work as the IRS will be eventually be receiving 1095B's from the carriers verifying "creditable" coverage. These clients won't get this form. They will be caught this time.
 
Anyone seen anything about this new IHC STM plan that is good for 364 days and guaranteed renewable for up to an additional two years?
