I specialize in commercial insurance.

Want to add some personal line marketing but have no idea what to say when I pick up the phone.

Anyone can help with a script for calling personal lines (non-captive)?

Just ask them if they would like a coverage review and help with packaging their auto and home insurance to maximize the discounts. If you already have them for commercial, it should be a good transition.
