Try United Heritage if the furosimide is under 40mg

Both of those will take coreg(carvedilol)? He is taking for bp.

5 star might have a problem with an antidepressant foe level coverage. What state? UH is going through some changes, Wino Blues might be able to better help with this.
Currently they will take him/her as it stands
