I believe Monu underwriting says at any point a stint is considered treatment.
That, combined with COPD, is ROP.

It depends on what is considered stent treatment to Mon. I would call UW. It's question 6c.
Is this coming from your experience with monumental? Or are you just giving part time pointers?
I would write this up with Monumental standard and not call them and ask for permission first.
