I believe Monu underwriting says at any point a stint is considered treatment.

It depends on what is considered stent treatment to Mon. I would call UW. It's question 6c.

Where did that come from???
I read the app. It asks if they were diagnosed or treated for stents in the last two years. From my part time experience, medication taken since 09 would be considered maintenance by most carriers from what I have found out.
So I suggested calling Mon's UW to find out.
What's your full time experience on this?

I would write this up with Monumental standard and not call them and ask for permission first.
