Based on what I know there are 2 clusters , Smart Choice and Irequois. There are three franchises, Great Florida, Brightway, and We Insure Florida. Does anyone know what an 'agent productivity report' is? It's one of the requirements that Progressive is asking for.

They want to see your previous production with your current carriers and loss ratios to give an appointment.

Anyone know where I could get a business. I have excellent credit. However the SBA won't touch me because I haven't been in business for at least 6 months, thoughts?

Agencyequity.com or agency4sale.com. Those are options to by current insurance companies. I think that's what you are asking. If not re phrase the question. If you have that much capital by into a franchise and it will make your life easier. Good luck.

unfortunately I called every bank and loan company out there in Florida a few years ago and nobody was willing to do anything. You might have your best luck with a private investor or a current agent looking to expand to a second office. Good luck with that.
