Plymouth Rock the latest to reduce HO commissions

The marketing rep tells me yesterday that all HO3 identified as "coastal" or with roofs over 20 years old will ultimately be non-renewed and until then, commissions will be reduced to 4%. Their definition of "coastal" is 5 miles from tidal water. That's a significant footprint downstate NY (LI for example). How do they know how old the customer's roof is? Drones? Oh, and they filed another rate increase. Driving to work yesterday, I noticed 5 moving trucks loading up in front of homes within walking distance of my house. There's no wonder why.
