This guy owns a farm and grain elevator/ railroad load out.
15 regular cars and pickups
4 semis
10 trailers some utility some grain
12 drivers/ employees

Can I write the 15 vehicles under personal auto if him and his wife are the only drivers on the policy even if an employee wrecks will claims be paid?

I'm having to put the semis and trailers etc with another company but they want 150 for a year I think it was.
Any advice on laws and what drivers etc must be included is helpful.

I am captive and kraft lake would be the commercial insurer if I places it all with them...

If employees are driving the cars/trucks, they need to be on a commercial policy. Personal policies tend to exclude business use.

Even if you endorse a personal policy for business use, which some allow, this still doesn't include employees. This is usually only designed to account for a person who uses his car in sales, like a realtor or insurance agent, not for allowing employees to drive the vehicle.
