"believe he was a better President for" you or them, because you measure a President based on perception of what he's done for you personally, not the country as a whole. People loved his China tariffs only because they didn't realize US citizens paid every penny for them. It cost China $0. As an added bonus, Americans had to foot the bill to bailout domestic farmers after China retaliated. His corporate tax reforms artificially inflated stock prices as corporations bought up their own shares using the tax windfall, but greatly added to the deficit, which all citizens pay for. We won't even get into his covid failures.

That's where you don't get it: Biden/Harris isn't the best the left has. Unfortunatley, as @Travis Price has been trying to get you guys to see is that neither side is offering America what we need.
The difference is that if we reelect Biden in 2024, we get to vote again for someone else in 2028.
If instead we reelect Trump in 2024, there is a better than even chance none of us ever get to vote for an American President again in our lifetime.
Biden sucks.
But I'll take a sucky President who still believes in the democratic institutions over a right-wing narcissistic nut job who is willing to blow up the whole thing and take all of us down with him just so he doesn't get punished for his many, many crimes.

That's a false equivalency.
Biden can be a better President and be less popular. Also, polls don't really mean anything. Everyone thought Hilary was beating Trump, they were wrong. People thought Trump would be close to Biden, he wasn't.
Polls are not the 10's of 1k's that actually decide the Electorial College. Also, just to be cute, RFK Jr is more favorable than Trump or Biden. With enough fatigue from voters, they might go "None of the Above."

You guys keep saying the current President is not responsible for or can control this and that. But when it comes to Trump he was and will be King of the world.

Dude you do not get it ...... if Joe wins then he will be put out to pasture with in the 1st year sticking us with Kamala......Just as easy to control by Obama...yea that's right....we know he is still pulling all the strings....Joe wanted another VP and Obama told him he has to pick Kamala......yall ***ed up when yall dished Robert Kennedy Jr.....he had a chance to give Trump a run for his money....

I agree that Uncle Bernie is just to get the real figure head in. However, I think Newsom figures in there somewhere. The problem with him is he is a bigger narcissist than Trump and like Trump is going to be harder to control.
