At Applebee's.

The coffee is horrible. Switching to Modelo Negra. Nice and cold.
The mushroom burger is OK. She threw in a free salad.
Service is great. Always tip in cash.

Just wrote a decent case, annual, on an existing client call in. an other agent's term terming out. $500k M70. I really wish I had written more term 10 - 20 yrs ago.
Scored a bottle of their private label wine, winning!

I had to put on clean jeans and drive out to his farm. And drink wine. 'The horror, the horror' Apocalypse now.

He asked me when I was going to retire, I asked him when he was. We both laughed and laughed between sips.

Oh, and just FaceTimed with my 3 yr old granddaughter "PopPop when are you coming to see me?"

I am so greatful for this career.

Also in Michigan, Jill Stein got almost 7% of her total national votes from Michigan.....mostly from Arab Americans not voting for Mrs Harris like they did Joe Biden

PS. Not gonna lie, I am really not looking forward to hearing Trump talk daily with reporters & giving speeches for 4 more years. I cant stand listening to him speak/ramble/name call/ make up names, etc. Can he delegate that to Vance or hide from press like Biden Harris did for 4 years

It shows how unqualified people felt that Harris was to be president losing a state like MI.

His bombastic speech turns me off. Everything is always the greatest ever... But I would rather listen to that than KH's cackle..
