Hello,
We have few reminders to inform users about various actions based on their accounts.
One of them is a friendly reminder to inform them to post again after a week of inactivity. This is the image that shows up in a friendly lightbox popup
.
This image is set to show only once in 3 days (unless you clear your cookies in meantime), but we have received reports from few users that they see this popup more than once per browsing session.
On our internal testing, this is not the case, because once the popup shows up, it is cookied and it will not be seen again in 72 hours.
Can someone report if they see any odd behavior with this popup? Screenshots would be helpful.
