What we discover is in the bill is only the beginning of the story. It is the unforeseen consequences that are playing out right now, such as what is happening in this article, (and no child only policies on the indy side, etc etc etc etc etc....).
Any agent that works the small group market, that has more than two marbles rolling around in his head, knows that there are full time emps that are on the payroll part time now.
The bill was designed to do some major damage, but I don't give them credit for anticipating or understanding the consequences.
