Presidential Graded Life for California for Over 40

Does anyone know if there's a product like the Presidential Graded Life with no questions ask for someone over 40 Y.O. that can be sold in California? Please advise....Thank you in advance.

Well,,United Home Life is making a no question ask app and waiting on approval now from the states...will take it in a couple of months I hope..

But that is all I'm going to say about that,,,don't want to let all the cat out of the bag.
