Primerica RVP Question

I've been approached by a PFS rep (again) who told me something new (at least I've never heard it before and I've talked with quite a few PFS reps) about becoming an RVP and I was hoping someone could give me some confirmation on whether these are true or not

1. RVP make 150% "with commissions, bonuses, overrides." Not sure how bonuses and overrides add to the 150%
2. You can make it to RVP without recruiting
3. You get $15,000 in stock when you make RVP

Any insight on this would be appreciated. I don't need to know how horrible (or great) or how misunderstood or there's better programs, etc. I'm just looking for the answers to these three points. Though if you have actual facts to contribute (good or bad) I'd been interested in hearing those too.

There were approx 5300 RVPs in 2019, and total policies-in-force company wide grew by 34,658 for the year. How's your basic math?

It's pretty good. I didn't know about the number of RVP's. There were also a total of 287,809 new policies written but only 34,658 total increase. What does that tell you? I'd still like to find out about my three questions, though

Pretty sure it's just a title, doesn't represent actual territories.

The rep should have showed you how to get to RVP without recruiting if possible. Is the RVP position still a full-time position along with the office requirement? When promoting to RVP if no recruiting requirement then there is no longer a requirement to give up a leg. I would assume as there's no leg to give up.

Just ask your recruiter to show you the answers to your questions on paper or just call the home office and ask them directly.

I asked him but he hasn't gotten back to me yet.
