Primerica Scam Explained Clearly

Hello there people. I enjoyed reading your responses when I posted about how a lady friend won a large sum of money in a Casino, and got hoodwinked into Primerica. She has been with them since Oct of 2012 and not sat for her State License (missing the timeline 3 times) and yet she is employed there?
My question on this forum is do these "recruiters" get paid from their up-lines? If so? Is it legal? How can I save her from herself because she is paying all kinds of fees, not to mention the "fixed" one's of her $25 per month for "online" access to writing Apps. etc? Any ideas/ suggestions/ angles of approach/ would be most welcome and appreciated. I have done a considerable amount of research both from you all, Tracy Coenen, Ethan Vanderbuilt (who posts on YouTube aka sabo96 and others) but want to once and for all shut down the shills and trolls that post about the "Glories of Primerica":1confused:

Why are you trying to save this lady from herself. The not passing the license is a personal thing. I also assume she is aware of the fees she is paying. Maybe she likes the thought of being in the insurance field.

It is one thing to try to save on preson from themselves but to think you can "once and for all shut down the shills and trolls that post about the "Glories of Primerica" is living in Fairyland with delusions of self importance.

Rousemark, I know there are zillions of people who will defend Primerica but Art Williams conned a lot of people with his BTITD stuff. I used to be a Debit Agent for Prudential many moons ago but got out because of "Churning"= using Paid-Up Insurance (Dividends) from a Whole Life Policy to buy additional Insurance. I know one agent in particular who would take the company OPSIR record card to an insured house, flash it at the door (the door half open) Underline and highlight the dividends, Paid-up Insurance boxes and say "The company asked me to stop by and tell you about the money they're holding for you" Holy Smokes, and of course if you're holding money for anyone the insured would invite him in and he would make sales. Do you think that's ethical all you agents?

Do you think that left a good taste with me in continuing on with The Piece of the Rock? Its been almost 40 years since I was with Pru and have been doing something with my life completely unrelated to the Insurance Business.

Guru, you are spot on trying to help your friend. If you would like to set up a conference call to get your friend some more information I would be more than happy to assist.

First, recruiters do not get paid by their uplines. Second, Primerica is not going to accept or allow any "illegal" apps, nor would the RVP. Third, the fact that she has not taken her exams is her issue, not Primerica's. Finally, they are not "scamming" her out of her casino winnings.

If it was your or my prospect, would that be considered "scamming?" Let's be serious. I have been an indy since 1980, but I also like to be "fair and balanced," kinda like Fox News. If you look at Primerica's numbers and history, they're not a joke, nor a scam. They are not going to jeapordize their multi-billion and growing corpration for anything or anyone, just the same as we would not.
