I am wondering if any Brokers or Agents in the current Hard Market have a good Analogy to Share about What selling either personal or commercial insurance is like... in the present circumstances.

A simple story to explain how challenging it is.

Either Figurative or Literal are welcome.
 
How's this for a hard market analogy? This is like going to war with a wet paper bag. Carriers acting like they're handing out gold bars just to insure a freaking condo association. 'Sorry, we can’t cover that, too risky,' are you ***in kidding me? I've seen bigger risks at a middle school dodgeball game.

Back in the day it was a simple handshake, and badabing, badaboom, you're covered. Now? Now you're dancing around like a circus monkey on crack just to get a quote that won't make your clients eyes bleed.
