Dan I am surprise you do not own your building and have your agency there. That's the best thing long term to own the building and the agency as well.

When your ready to retire you can sell the agency and still keep the building for income.

I appreciate all the replies. I tried property shark, it has info for many properties. Unfortunately not for the building I needed the information for. Its okay though, I'll figure something out. Thanks everyone. I really appreciate it.

Property shark is by far the best.

Gives you a picture of the location that way you can tell if its JM, Frame, fire resistive etc. It will give you the square ft. stories, # of res units & commercial units. Everything you need for a quote.
