So more directed to QQ Evolution but may be the same for other AMS.
I'm trying to work with these things, but im confused.
How is your workflow?
Right now, i figured it's like this (please tell me if this is wrong)
Prospect shows up, while talking to prospect fill in prospect tab + any info he may have given you.
Market him to carriers, and return with quote. Call prospect and close.
Convert to client, add policy info or downloads. now at this point, when you receive payment, are you going to client billing and do receive payment and print out receipt? When do you use the invoice tab? (when i did it manually, i made invoice for every policy and sent them to clients or given to clients on spot for payment in full)
it doesn't auto convert a bill when you put in the policy annual premiums?
also are you suppose to use the memo section for all phone calls, emails, all related info to the insured?
yeah, also can anyone suggest another AMS with some accounting software built-in for other day to day expenses not just insurance. I'm open to test other ones.
paying quite a bit of money to not use QQ lol. i had it for 4 months and i still do everything the old fashion way first, then input it again in QQ.
