NowCerts AMS

Does anyone use an AMS called NowCerts.com? If so, how large is your agency, and what exactly do you use their system for? Keeping track of policy renewals and endorsements? Premium and payments? Commissions? COI's? Marketing? Honest reviews seem hard to come by, not much talk of them in forums unaffiliated with the company itself. Curious of other agents experiences.

Yes, I am familiar with them. We set up about a year ago. They seem to be on the cusp of something, but I believe that they are growing too fast and are having difficulty keeping up with the business.

We have had difficulty getting things fixed with regards to error messages and I have spent significant time staring at ye olde spinning wheel of doom. I think they have great potential, and am looking forward to it when they have passed the growing pains phase.
